Afton Scientific Corporation
Afton Scientific operates a state-of-the-art cGMP manufacturing facility in Charlottesville, Virginia, USA that offers Grade A/Class 100 sterilisation services for containers and closures.
Afton will process, depyrogenate and pack your specified glass vial and closure in a Class 100 clean room so it arrives to you Ready-To-Fill®. The vials are packed in Afton's standard 316 stainless steel trays, or if required, in your own custom trays.
In addition to Ready-To-Fill® Sterile Open Vials, Afton are able to sterilise your specified rubber stopper and aluminium crimp seal and provide them to you ready for use. It is up to you how many stoppers and seals are provided per breather pouch.
All Ready-to-Fill® components are processed using validated methods and are supplied with testing data on all items.
Through Afton we can provide documentation support for regulatory filings, handle unique batch sizes, and assist with automated filler equipment integration.
