The Adelphi team were treated to some spectacular treats when the Adelphi Bake Off returned this year, for the first time since the pandemic.
Colleagues from all four Adelphi Group Companies contributed to the Bake Off, with both Sweet and Savoury offerings baked at home, and brought into the office. Bakes ranged from brownies, to sausage rolls, to cupcakes and scones, and were purchased in the form of donations to Adelphi's Charity Partner of the year, Martlets Hospice.
Martlets Hospice is a local gem, providing expert care and support to terminally ill patients in the East Sussex area.
Our very own panel of judges bravely sampled all 16 bakes, before presenting the winners with their trophies.
The prize for Best Tasting Bake went to Executive Secretary, Yasmin Watkinson for her Biscoff Cupcakes, whilst Best Presented Bake went to Adelphi Healthcare Packaging's Michael Unmar for his traditional Mauritian Napolitaines.
The real winners of course were the tasters!
