After completing an HND in Business and Marketing at The University of Brighton, Michael's career took him into sales and customer service roles. Prior to joining Adelphi he has worked at, amongst others, a ‘working at height’ safety company and a commercial and domestic oil company.
Michael first got a real taste for our product range during his initial interview with Managing Director, Gavin and International Sales Director, Nick. He described the interview as ‘in depth, but in a relaxed environment’. He was left intrigued and wanted to learn more.
His second interview with Nick and Regional Account Manager, Oliver, was used to give Michael an overview of the culture at Adelphi and to provide examples of the sorts of projects he would be involved with. He says ‘The second interview confirmed my interest to work at Adelphi. Everyone came across as very welcoming and made it an easy decision to join the team’.
With his extensive experience in sales and customer service, and a friendly and outgoing personality, Michael was clearly a great fit for the Adelphi team. He is now looking forward to being involved with customer projects, while getting to know our existing range of products and learning about upcoming innovations.
In his spare time Michael loves to travel and, with family in Mauritius and the Philippines, he has some great bases from which to do so! He also enjoys playing and watching sport, particularly basketball.
As an Account Manager within the Adelphi export team, Michael will be looking after our customers in Northern and Eastern Europe.
