EVERIC® lyo vials are advanced injection vials developed by SCHOTT Pharma to optimise performance during the lyophilisation process.

  • Hydrophobic internal coating to minimise product adhesion.
  • Enhanced thermal transfer for efficient and consistent lyophilisation.
  • Inhibits product creep, ensuring a uniform lyophilised cake.
  • Completely transparent and homogeneous ultra-thin hydrophobic layer (40-100nm)
  • Available in 2ml, 6ml, 10ml, 20ml and 50ml capacities.

Product compatibility

  • Suitable for a wide range of lyophilised pharmaceutical products.
  • Compatible with standard vial stoppers and caps used for lyophilisation processes.

  • Material: Type I borosilicate glass with hydrophobic internal coating.
  • Coating Thickness: 40-100nm.
  • Sterilisation: Available sterile on request.

Product Details

EVERIC® lyo’s enhanced geometry and hydrophobic internal coating improves heat transfer, reduces product adherence and supports the formation of a clean, consistent lyophilised cake.

Product Applications

Designed for use in lyophilisation (freeze-drying) of injectable drug formulations that are unstable in liquid form, including vaccines, biologics, proteins and enzymes.
