Product Details

West offers two portbag systems: Biosafe® bags from Sartorius Stedim Biotech (SSB) with a 110mm beta port diameter; and DPTE® BetaBags from GETINGE (GLC) with a 190mm beta port diameter. 

Filled bags are offered ready-to-use (RU), so they can be introduced directly into your aseptic production process without the need to develop a validated sterilisation cycle.

Beta bags filled with premium RU stoppers and seals are specifically designed for use in isolators and aseptic filling lines, for the safe, fast and contamination-free production of injectable drugs.
