ERP & Data Management
- Maintains and updates ERP supply chain parameters such as lead times, safety stock levels, transit times, SKU data accuracy, stock policy, vendor prices.
- Creates and maintains Bill of Materials (BOMs) to support production planning and supply chain workflows.
- Ensures integrity of data used for planning and procurement activities.
ERP, Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate ERP customer, pricing, delivery address, item and transit-time information.
- Ensure shipping costs, lead times and OTIF data are accurate and efficiently maintained.
- Provide reporting and insights on OTIF, customer issues and logistics trends.
- Support S&OP, annual stock checks and wider supply chain improvement initiatives.
- Processes & Compliance
- Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with company policies, legal and ethical requirements.
- Own and regularly review processes and procedures in line with the QMS and change controls.
- Ensure effective communication of order status, customer requirements and potential disruptions across teams.
