Adelphi Healthcare Packaging is a trusted global distributor of high-quality primary packaging solutions serving the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries globally. 

Having delivered consistent growth over many years, we are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to play a pivotal role in accelerating our future success.

This role will directly report to the Managing Director and will collaborate strongly with other key leaders for the best and highest interests of the employees, stakeholders, community, and those impacted by our business. The role will be full-time onsite at our headquarters in Haywards Heath, UK. International and UK travel will be necessary.

The Role:

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and executing a forward-thinking marketing strategy that strengthens our global brand presence, drives customer acquisition and retention, and supports our long-term mission and purpose.

You will lead the marketing function across two business entities, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and marketing initiatives whilst building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and industry partners.

The role encompasses all aspects of marketing including strategic planning, digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, market research, brand development, and communications. Working closely with the Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Leadership teams, you will ensure marketing activities support business growth objectives, customer acquisition targets, and long-term commercial success.

You will be responsible for communicating our value proposition clearly and consistently across all markets and channels, enhancing customer engagement and strengthening our position within the healthcare and pharmaceutical packaging sectors. Through strategic insight, creativity, collaboration, and commercial acumen, you will help drive sustainable growth whilst ensuring we continue to deliver the innovation, expertise, and customer experience that our customers and trusted partners expect worldwide.

As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will gather and analyse market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. You will champion a data-driven approach to marketing, ensuring campaigns are measured, optimised, and deliver a demonstrable return on investment, whilst providing strategic recommendations that inform business decision-making and support the continued development of the organisation.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior marketing leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns, preferably within healthcare, life sciences. Medical Devices or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Track record of successfully launching products and driving market growth.
  • Experience working within matrix organisations and collaborating with global or regional teams is advantageous.
