Overall Role and Responsibilities: 

To deliver high quality marketing activity that supports growth across the UK, USA and EU markets. This role is responsible for producing accurate technical content managing multiple projects at pace and ensuring all marketing output is consistent, professional and on-brand. 
The Senior Marketing Executive provides day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing while owning key workstreams and improving the quality efficiency and impact of our marketing function. 
The role requires strong attention to detail confident technical writing skills and the ability to juggle several deadlines within a regulated environment. 

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Content and Creative Production

  • Design marketing assets including social graphics, product visuals and digital collateral 
  • Write clear, accurate and technically confident copy for web pages, case studies, brochures, emails and printed materials  
  • Develop and update website product pages, industry pages and resource content with precision and consistency 
  • Maintain high standards of branding across all creative output 

Campaigns and Projects 

  • Manage campaign schedules and project timelines ensuring all tasks stay on track 
  • Support campaigns across digital, social, email and paid channels 
  • Produce performance reports to show campaign effectiveness and improvements

Events and Exhibitions 

  • Support the planning, delivery and follow up of exhibitions and events including logistics, stand materials, pre-event promotion and post-event activity 
  • Liaise with suppliers, photographers, videographers and printers when required  

Collaboration and Stakeholder Support 

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate product information and messaging 
  • Help manage updates to the company website and digital platforms  
  • Build strong working relationships across Sales, Technical and Operations to support marketing delivery 

Market and Performance Insight

  • Assist with market research including competitor and customer trends  
  • Monitor engagement across channels and identify opportunities to improve lead generation and content performance 
  • Contribute to planning sessions and support development of new ideas for campaigns and content 

     

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience, ideally in healthcare pharmaceuticals or another regulated field
  • Understanding of SEO principles 
  • Strong copywriting skills with ability to write accurate technical content 
  • High attention to detail with strong proofreading skills 
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and manage deadlines with confidence 
  • Graphic design experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva 
  • Experience managing projects from brief to delivery 
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools 
  • Comfortable producing reports and analysing campaign performance
  • Experience supporting events and exhibitions  
  • Experience creating visual assets, photography briefs or basic video edits
