Moulded Glass Injection Vials

Our moulded injection vials are made from neutral Type I glass and are suitable for pharmaceutical parenteral applications.

  • Available in clear and amber Type I borosilicate glass.

Product compatibility

  • Available in sizes from 10ml to 200ml in clear and amber glass.
  • Type I neutral glass is compatible with many pharmaceutical formulations*
  • 20mm crimp neck compatible with standard 20mm stoppers, aluminium seals and push-fit caps.

Technical specifications

  • Material: Neutral Type I borosilicate glass.
  • Sterilisation: Non-sterile (can be sterilised on request)
  • Regulatory compliance: Compliant with the European Pharmacopoeia and the US Pharmacopoeia.

Product Applications

Designed to hold liquid pharmaceutical and biotechnology formulations, these vials meet the requirements for storing intravenous injectable drugs. 

They are available from stock to deliver in quantities from a single pack, supporting R&D and small batch production, to multiple pallets, supporting the large production runs of Big Pharma and CMOs.
