Product Details

The RayDyLyo Push-Fit Vial Cap from ARaymondlife is a patented, crimp-free closure system developed to work seamlessly with 13mm and 20mm crimp neck vials. It simplifies aseptic fill-finish processes by eliminating the need for aluminium crimping, reducing the risk of particle generation and contamination.

Fully compatible with ready-to-use (RTU) vials in nest-and-tub or tray formats, RayDyLyo caps support the highest standards in pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing. Available in 13mm and 20mm formats with integrated stoppers and customisable colour options.
